Ingredients:
4 boneless ribs,
2 Teaspoons Salt,
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup plain yogurt
1/2 cup Lemon juice
2 tbsp Tomato paste
1 tsp chili powder
1 tbsp Curry powder
1 tablespoon steak sauce
1 Teaspoon ground pepper
1 Teaspoon minced Garlic
Garnish: chopped fresh Parsley
Method:
1- Mix the Yogurt, Lemon Juice, Tomato Paste, Chilli Powder, Curry Powder, Steak Sauce, Barbeque sauce, Pepper, Salt, Garlic in bowl & Mix well.
2- Place ribs on a large sheet, and rub on all sides with this Mixture. Pour sauce over ribs to coat. Seal ribs in the foil. Marinate in the refrigerator 8 hours, or overnight.
3- Preheat grill for high heat.
4- Place ribs in foil on the grill grate, and cook 1 hour. Remove ribs from foil, and place directly on the grill grate.
5- Continue cooking 30 minutes, basting frequently with the sauce, until ribs are done.
6- When you feel that Ribs are completely Cooked then Take Off & Garnish fresh parsley.
7- Serve Hot & Spicy Classic BBQ Ribs with Rice or Plain & Enjoy the Classic Meal.
