Ingredients
- Boiled soya beans 1 cup
- Onion 1 medium
- Tomato 1 medium
- Cucumber 1
- Capsicum 1
- Radish 1 small
- Apple 1 small
- Coriander haldful
- Dressing
- Olive oil 2 tsp
- Lemon juice 2 tsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Chop all vegetables and put in a bowl.
- Mix in dressing ingredients. Toss gently and refrigerate.
- Serve when cold.
