Grilled Mutton Champ Recipe



Ingredient:


Mutton chops ½ kg 
Coriander leaves ¼ bunch 
Turmeric 1 tsp 
Chili powder 1 tbsp 
Ginger Garlic paste 2 tbsp 
Raw Papaya paste 3 tbsp 
Oil 2 – 3 tbsp 
Aluminum foil as required 
Salt to taste 

Method:


Marinate ½ kg mutton chops with 3 tbsp raw papaya paste and salt to taste for 10 – 15 minutes.Now add 1 tbsp chili powder, 1 tsp turmeric, ¼ bunch of coriander leaves, 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 2 – 3 tbsp oil.Now put each chop on aluminum foil and wrap. 
Put a wire rack on burning coal. Now put chops on wire rack and cook for 10 – 15 minutes each side.BBQ chops are ready to serve.
