Ingredients
800g king prawns, peeled (leaving tails intact)2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
2 chilli peppers, finely chopped
1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
5 tbsp olive oil
Sea salt
2 limes, halved
Instructions
In a bowl, mix together the garlic, chilli, ginger and oil, and stir in the prawns. Cover and marinate for 1 hour. Season with salt, and grill for 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve with lime halves.
