How to Make Rasmalai - Recipe
Ingredients:
Milk 1 liter
Sugar 1 cup
Green elichi powder 1/2 tsp
Dry milk powder 1 cup
Maida 1 tbsp
1 egg
Baking powder 1tsp
Melted ghee 1tbsp
Badam pista chopped for garnish
Method:
Put milk for boiling on low flame and add sugar and half tsp elichi powder.beat the one egg well.1 cup dry milk,1tbsp maida,1tsp baking powder,mix 1tbsp melted ghee and mix it.add 4 5 beaten egg and mix with the help of spoon to make soft dough.
Make small round shape balls and putt these balls immediately in boiling milk.increase the level of flame to high.keep it at boil on full flame for 5 to 10 mins till become 3-4 time larger than the original size, carefully and deep and rotate the balls in full high boiling milk with the help of flat spoon and stop the flame. refrigerate before enjoying delicious rasmalai
