Vegetable Layered Salad



    Ingredients


    • Potato 50g (boiled)
    • Carrot 50g
    • Egg 4 (boiled)
    • Chicken boiled 50g (shredded)
    • Mayonnaise 50g
    • Black pepper ¼ tsp

    Method:

    1. Cut potato, carrot and egg in cube shape.
    2. In a bowl first set layer of boiled potato, then chicken; add some mayonnaise and sprinkle black pepper.
    3. Now layer eggs, mayonnaise, carrot and cover with thin layer of mayonnaise.
    4. Chill in fridge and turn over salad on plate and serve or serve as it is in the bowl.
    note: you can add more vegetable according to your taste.
