Ingredients
- Potato 50g (boiled)
- Carrot 50g
- Egg 4 (boiled)
- Chicken boiled 50g (shredded)
- Mayonnaise 50g
- Black pepper ¼ tsp
Method:
- Cut potato, carrot and egg in cube shape.
- In a bowl first set layer of boiled potato, then chicken; add some mayonnaise and sprinkle black pepper.
- Now layer eggs, mayonnaise, carrot and cover with thin layer of mayonnaise.
- Chill in fridge and turn over salad on plate and serve or serve as it is in the bowl.
note: you can add more vegetable according to your taste.
